Enhancing reading literacy and creation of community libraries , Ghana

Magic Libraries is currently funding a 2-year project to enhance children’s reading skills through community libraries in Ashanti region, Ghana. The project contributes to Ghana’s efforts to promote reading literacy and address children’s low reading comprehension in public basic schools.

Since 2022, MLF and its implementing partner, Participatory Development Associates (PDA) , have established 10 community libraries to promote reading literacy and address children’s low reading comprehension in primary schools.
